Why buy two spacers instead of one?
Two spacers cover the most common real-world needs: multi-cat homes (one per cat, no sharing), backup during weekly cleaning (one in use, one drying), and travel versus home. You also pay less per spacer than buying singles.
Can both spacers use different medications?
Yes. Each spacer is independent. If two cats in your home use different MDI medications, assign one spacer per medication to avoid residue crossover.
Can I mix colors (one Green, one Blue)?
The 2-Pack comes as a single color variant (Green or Blue). If you need one of each, message support after ordering and we will do our best to accommodate based on current stock.
Using and cleaning
Do both spacers come with both mask sizes?
Yes. Each spacer includes a Small and Medium mask, so you can choose the best fit per cat or switch as a kitten grows.
How do I clean the spacers?
Disassemble the backpiece, Comfort Feeder, and mask. Soak in lukewarm water with mild detergent for 15 minutes, rinse, and air-dry vertically. Do not rub dry — this creates static. Clean weekly and replace after 12 months of continuous use.
How long does each spacer last?
With weekly cleaning and proper care, each spacer lasts about 12 months of daily use. Having two means you can rotate them, extending the practical life of each.
Compatibility and orders
Will this fit my cat's MDI inhaler?
Neobay fits most standard metered dose inhalers prescribed for feline asthma, including Flovent and similar MDI brands. The chamber receives the MDI canister directly — no adapter needed.
